DEEPINGS HERITAGE INVITES YOU TO WALK BACK IN TIME 100 YEARS
We are leading a walk along Church Street, Market Deeping on
SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 10th 2016 at 2pm
A who’s who of the people who lived along our fine Church Street,
“the architectural gem of South Lincolnshire”.
Find out about the brewer, blacksmith, publican, saddle and harness maker, essential oil distiller, veterinary surgeon, cab proprietor…..and many more inhabitants who walked along our street 100 years ago.
We will meet at the Town Hall at 2 pm and then walk along the length of Church Street,
taking approximately one hour.
There will be refreshments and an archive display in the Town Hall at the end.
The event is free however numbers are limited so it is essential to book a place as soon as possible.
